Hello

I am trying to run snakemake workflow in HPC. The snakemake script tries to access the server: https://conda.anaconda.org/bioconda/noarch/repodata.json and the script fails to run here. The computing nodes in the HPC does not have internet access. So, how to run the script in the cluster. Does anyone have a suggestion

RuntimeError: Download error (7) Couldn't connect to server [https://conda.anaconda.org/bioconda/noarch/repodata.json]

Failed to connect to conda.anaconda.org port 443 after 1002 ms: No route to host
