How to manage community packages?

How does Anaconda project think about packaging *all github*.

I mean if you need to install a package twice it needs X then Y and its so much work.

How to learn how I could be using conda to manage vim packages, C Ruby or whatever ?

Is there something like a pool I can add my own packages/dependencies to and conda then just doing the right thing ?

Or what would be the liming factor using SAT on too many packages even if you need only 5 ?
