Install package and module in anaconda

Hello, 

I have a problem.

I can't to install package or module in my environment in Anaconda.

In the Anaconda Prompt windows, I try this command 

conda install -c conda-forge libarchive

conda install -c conda-forge/label/cf202003 libarchive

conda install web.py

I have tested the command bellow to clean the package in the pwk directory.

conda clean --all

I obtain this message : 

InvalidArchiveError("Error with archive C:\\Users\\LORYPierre-François\\.conda\\pkgs\\web.py-0.62-pyhd3deb0d_0.tar.bz2.  You probably need to delete and re-download or re-create this file.  Message from libarchive was:\n\nFailed to open 'C:\\Users\\LORYPierre-François\\.conda\\pkgs\\web.py-0.62-pyhd3deb0d_0.tar.bz2'")

Could you give me the solution ?
