problem in importing PyGreSQL

Dear friends,

I have installed python 3.7.4, via miniconda, on a Cent OS 8x86_64 machine.

Then, I installed the last PyGreSQL version by pip. Everything went smooth, yet when I import the library, i.e. by "import pg”, I get the following error message:

ImportError: /lib64/libk5crypto.so.3: undefined symbol: EVP_KDF_ctrl, version OPENSSL_1_1_1b

Browsing the web it seems it could be due to anaconda rather than to the specific library. Yet I didn’t find any clear solution. Do you have any suggestion?
