How to set default_threads through env var?

Hi,

In https://conda.io/projects/conda/en/latest/user-guide/configuration/use-condarc.html#configuring-number-of-threads , it is said that

> You can use your .condarc file or environment variables to add configuration to control the number of threads.

But in the doc it only mentions how to set it using .condarc, but not via env var.

So is there a way to set them through env var and what are they?
