importing package from another environment

I have installed pyflashlight module in conda environment pyflashlight which is dependent on python=3.8.

I have created a new conda environement called fairseq whih depends on python 3.6.

Now how do i import the pyflashlight module from pyflashlight environemt to fairseq module?

Should i first publish the pyflashlight module in pypi and than install this module with "pip install pyflashlight" in conda environemt fairsesq?
