The latest version and updates

I've just decided to reinstall my Anaconda to the latest version (Anaconda3-2020.11) on my macOS Big Sur. After I did:

  conda upgrade conda

  conda upgrade anaconda

many things stopped from working. Like, for example, spyder and some other stuff.

Now, after reinstallation all is back, but spyder complains about new(er) version.

So, should I try to upgrade or just get the latest spyder etc., or will that break the dependencies again?
