anaconda-client v 1.7.2 not working to upload/update packages

Hello everyone.

I tried to update my package and the upload was performed without errors, but the package was not updated. I deleted the package from anaconda cloud and uploaded it again, but the result is:

• The package page was created but there are no files uploaded
• The is a message complaining about missing labels, though following these instructions doesn't worked (https://docs.anaconda.com/anacondaorg/user-guide/tutorials/)
• I cannot install the package using conda, and searching my anaconda.org channel for the package yields a 'PackagesNotFoundError'

I built and uploaded the conda_gc_test from https://docs.anaconda.com/anacondaorg/user-guide/tasks/work-with-packages/ and got the same result.

As a last test, I downgraded the anaconda-client to version 1.6.5 and then everything worked as expected.
