Anaconda Prompt Opening Problem

Dear All,

In my Windows 10 (64-bit) system, I installed Anaconda (Python 3.8.5 version) and used it properly.

After reinstalling same version of Anaconda, now I can not open the Anaconda Prompt (anaconda3), after clicking on it, it disappeared instantly. So I can not work with it. I can only open Anaconda Powershell Prompt (Anaconda3). 

Please help me out to solve this problem.
