Anaconda with Tensorflow

I've installed anaconda navigator and Tensorflow following the table for linux GPU usage at https://www.tensorflow.org/install/source

But JupyterNotebook doesn't use GPU.

I have:

Ubuntu 16.04
GPU Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti

Gcc 4.8.5

CUDA 9.0

Cudnn 7.6.0
Bazel 0.15.2

Could anyone help me?

The GPU percentage is almost 5% but the CPU grow up to 100%
