when i try to open a document on Jupyter it says

1. "Error! C:\Users\manar\Desltop\Coding-Phython\Learn-to-code-for-data-analysis-master.zip is not UTF-8 encoded

2. Saving disabled

3. See console for more details.

I am a beginning and trying to learn to code. I don't know where I'm going wrong. Also are there any good books for beginners that anyone would recommend?
