Commercial vs Individual at small organizations

I am an intern who wants to use Anaconda for some data analysis at my workplace. The workplace is small (around 15 people), and in the TOS commercial activity is only said to apply to organizations of 200+, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't violating any license agreements by using Individual Edition rather than Commercial Edition.
