Numbapro isn't recognized as a module

I have tried in both windows and Linux (Ubuntu), and have downloaded/installed all of the necessary items (CUDA drivers, Anaconda + accelerate package, and of course Python with Numpy). Every time I try to import numbapro, it gives me an error that it doesn't recognize the module. Do you have any advise?
