Hi Numba Users,

I'm happy to announce the release of Numba 0.26, which you can get with "conda update numba", or from PyPI:

This release adds support for Numpy 1.11.  Numba 0.26.0 also requires llvmlite 0.11.

The main focus for this release is the ``cfunc`` decorator for exporting C callbacks from numba jitted functions. You can find detail documentation at
http://numba.pydata.org/numba-doc/latest/user/cfunc.html .  Other improvements include support for decompositions in ``numpy.linalg`` and optimization of
jitclass usage inside the interpreter.

There were also a number of smaller features, and important bug fixes.  For the full list, see the release notes:

Thanks again everyone for your enthusiasm, questions, and bug reports!
