Trouble with conda install SBML-Lib

Greetings,

Is there any issue with the SBML lib library that does not allow to install it in specific cases.

Below is what I get on my Windows 7 PC when trying to install SBML lib.

I reported it to the SBML mailing lis:

Someone tried to reproduce this error without success. It seems to work for them.

I am using the updated conda version:

conda 4.3.15

Is it an isolated issue on my machine or is there something that can be done.

Hopefully there is an easy fix.
