Tips to bring a minimal Miniconda install up to par with working Anaconda?

I have a script which uses the standard library plus pandas, numpy, and click. For various reasons, I have a full install of Anaconda on Win10 and a separate minimal install of Miniconda.
My script runs within the full Anaconda install, but not in Miniconda environment.
I've updated conda and pip.
I installed my required packages: setuptools, pandas, click (and git).What troubleshooting tips will help me resolve my deployment issues from the Anaconda side? A log maybe?

what errors do you get, there's probably a missing dependency somewhere,
I don’t have full access to the system, so I wanted to check if there were other Anaconda features I could use.
There are only runtime errors. I think it has something to do with ConfigParser. I can’t be sure until I have a block of access time to the system later this week.

Also, Both Miniconda and Anaconda are at version 3
I launch Anacona from the Windows 10 start menu:
(base) C:\Users\xneox>python --version
Python 3.6.4 :: Anaconda, Inc.
(base) C:\Users\xneox>conda info --envs

base * C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3
C:\Users\xneox\Miniconda3
