Conda FTP Repositories

Hello Conda users,

I'm considering deprecating the ftp:// facility for conda repositories.  The code was introduced in May 2014, and has been wholly untouched since then.  It is also completely untested/covered by our test suite.  Along with FTP just generally being not that relevant anymore, all of the information leads me to believe nobody is using this facility.  But... if I hear of even one person using it, at least for the next month or so, I'll be happy to keep it and build a test suite up around it.
