Installing Plotly

Whenever I try to conda pip install plotly, I get the following error: "Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement plotly (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for plotly. 

I have plotly in the Anaconda3/pkgs folder, so I am not sure why I cannot install it. Can anyone please help with this? Thank you!
