I came across the following error message when building a conda package for sqlalchemy-teradata following the instructions at https://conda.io/docs/user-guide/tutorials/build-pkgs-skeleton.html

Could not download https://pypi.io/packages/source/s/sqlalchemy-teradata/sqlalchemy-teradata-0.1.0.dev0.tar.gz
