Anaconda pyodbc installation Windows 7

Having browsed web and trying various method of installing pyodbc in Anaconda on Windows 7 behind a firewall I need help.  

I had a similar issue with Blaze but managed to resolve that simply with -c option.  pyodbc is not working in the same way?

Any help appreciated.
