Anacona 64bit Win7 Install Error - "IOError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor"

I tried a new installation of 'Anaconda2-4.0.0-Windows-x86_64.exe' on Win 7 and got the following error message:

I did run the installer with admin privileges. Any idea what causes this and how I can fix it?
