I installed anaconda3 latest version with python 3.6 and when i typed jupyter notebook in command prompt it is showing error as "'jupyter' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file."

Please make sure that you are running this command in your Anaconda Prompt. Open the Anaconda Prompt, try again and let me know if you get the same response.
