R location for R studio

Hi

I followed instructions to instal both R studio and R essentials in my-r-env

but when I launch R studio it asks for R and cannot find it.  I tried browsing but could not see how Anaconda stores R on my PC.  Seems a black box.  Where does Anaconda actually store stuff?  Anaconda directory in program files is pretty bare.

Please what should I do?  Are there any further instructions I've missed?
