Hi guys, I have just installed Anaconda3 for win64. I launched Jupyter and when I try to create a new notebook I only have the 'Python [Root]' option. Is it the same as Python 3.5?

If you installed Anaconda3 v4.1 for win64 - you have Python 3.5 in your root environment - so the 'Python [Root]' option would be the same as Python 3.5.
