Anaconda crashing while updating to 1.6.12

Prompt to update to 1.6.12, once accepted Anaconda just closes and that's it. 

Any suggestions?

Try opening an Anaconda Prompt on Windows (or Terminal on macOS or Linux) and running "conda update anaconda-navigator" and then "anaconda-navigator". Please reply here and let us know if that works for you, and if it doesn't, what errors you see.

Yes that seems to have worked fine.

Ah, it only works if you start Anaconda Prompt on a Wondows Terminal with Admin privileges.
