I just updated conda to version 3.10.0 and now it is completely broken. If I issue either the command conda update conda or conda update anaconda I get the following:

H:\>conda update conda
Fetching package metadata: Could not connect to https://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/pro/win-64/
Could not connect to https://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/free/win-64/
Could not connect to https://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/pro/noarch/
Could not connect to https://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/free/noarch/
....
Error: No packages found in current win-64 channels matching: conda

What changed? Is there a new certificate, or some new cryptography requirement as of the last version? This command worked fine to update conda to the version that now doesn't work. :)

Any help you could give would be appreciated.

I'm also getting this on an OSX system too.  I removed Anaconda and reinstalled from a fresh installer downloaded from their site.

After running $conda update conda, here's what got updated:

The following packages will be downloaded:

    package                    |            build
    ---------------------------|-----------------
    conda-3.10.0               |           py27_0         164 KB
    conda-env-2.1.3            |           py27_0          15 KB
    openssl-1.0.1k             |                1         2.5 MB
    python-2.7.9               |                1        11.3 MB
    requests-2.6.0             |           py27_0         594 KB
    tk-8.5.18                  |                0         1.9 MB
    zlib-1.2.8                 |                0          83 KB
    ------------------------------------------------------------
                                           Total:        16.6 MB

The following NEW packages will be INSTALLED:

    conda-env: 2.1.3-py27_0

The following packages will be UPDATED:

    conda:     3.7.0-py27_0 --> 3.10.0-py27_0
    openssl:   1.0.1h-1     --> 1.0.1k-1
    python:    2.7.8-1      --> 2.7.9-1
    requests:  2.4.1-py27_0 --> 2.6.0-py27_0
    tk:        8.5.15-0     --> 8.5.18-0
    zlib:      1.2.7-1      --> 1.2.8-0

After that, I get the same failure to connect as the OP reported when trying to update anaconda or install any other packages...

I still have the same problem, anyone found a solution to this?

Or do I need to remove my installation and re-install?
