After building some tests projects with 'conda build' there are results such as '/anaconda/conda-bld/osx-64/mypackage-myversion-mybuild.tar.bz2' which are all listed in '/anaconda/conda-bld/osx-64/repodata.json'.  What command will remove these packages? Or do I have to do this manually?  If so, do I need to update 'repodata.json'?

conda build purge-all

You shouldn't need to run conda index to update repodata.json because the folders are completely removed.
