jupyter lab 3 on anaconda?

Hello,

I'm using anaconda ver 1.97, is it possible to install jupyter lab 3? The only option i have is version 2.2.6.

On the left top corner of the app jupter notebook under settings you'll have versions, in that you can do...or also you can update using anaconda prompt
