I am a Leading International Transformational Coach, Energy Mastery Mentor and Advanced RTT & Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Since my awakening, 21 years ago, when I moved through serious health issues, I have made it my mission to find the right answers and tools to heal myself and others. And the answer was within.
I have realised that the key to claiming your inner power, is to heal your self worth from the root. This will unlock your true potential and freedom, so that you can step into who you really are, SHINE your light and wow the world with it.
Over the last 18+ years, I have facilitated deep transformation with hundreds of people to break them free from old patterns, beliefs and stories that have been holding them back from rising into their Gifts.
My work is the first of its kind combining advanced clinical RTT hypnotherapy, strategic coaching and energy work to create deep and long lasting results for my clients.
I have studied many modality’s including:
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro Emotional Integration Therapy (NEI), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Touch for Health, Energy Medicine, Family Constellations, Dragon Light Meditation, as well as Reiki 1 & 2
To date, I have empowered hundreds of women to heal their emotional & physical blocks so they can make the impact they’re here to make on the world.
Ultimately, my work has helped people reconnect with their inner truth, self worth and full potential. They are owning their impact and changing the world with it, standing out and truly shining in their industry, transforming their relationships and family's lives, feeling true freedom and balance whilst living their purpose.
