The Department of Human Dimensions of Natural Resources is accepting applications for a half time, non-tenure track Instructor appointment. HDNR seeks a dynamic and innovative individual to contribute to the continued development of undergraduate and graduate curricula within the Department. Specifically, this individual will develop, pilot test, and administer coursework in ‘Wellness in Nature’ and “Leadership” for undergraduate and graduate level programs in nature-based tourism management. This is intended to be a half-time position within the Department of HDNR. The successful applicant will have the ability to advance the Department’s commitment to diversity and inclusion through research, teaching, and outreach with relevant programs, goals, and objectives. The primary duties of this position are to: * Develop and pilot-test online and on-campus courses in ‘wellness & nature’ and ‘leadership’ for the undergraduate Natural Resource Tourism program within the Department of HDNR. * Develop and pilot-test online and on-campus courses in ‘wellness & nature’ and ‘leadership’ for the Department of HDNR Masters in Tourism Management program.
