Hello, everyone!

I am teaching a graduate-level biology and ecology of sharks course that's open to anyone anywhere, open-enrollment through the Center for Wildlife Studies. Lectures are asynchronous take-at-your-own-pace online, and you can take them for transfer credit to your institution or just for fun to learn something.

There's also an optional add-on field expedition. If you take this, you'll live on a research vessel in Florida with me for three days and you'll get to practice catching, measuring, sampling, tagging, and releasing sharks.

I'm happy to answer anyone's questions about the course, which starts this fall and is now open for enrollment. There are only ten spots for the field course.
