Fully funded PhD Fellowships in Sustainable Development at the University of Notre Dame's Keough School of Global Affairs

An exceptional, STEM-designated doctoral program that prepares scholars to tackle critical global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity conservation, environmental governance, and poverty through an interdisciplinary approach and policy-relevant research.

Program Highlights

  • STEM-Designated and Interdisciplinary: The program combines world-class mentorship and engaged scholarship across various disciplines in all the social sciences, business, and engineering.
  • Comprehensive Financial Support: Admitted students receive a full tuition scholarship, an annually renewable 12-month stipend for living expenses, a health insurance subsidy, and up to $4,000 for conference travel and professional development.
  • Focus on Global Impact: Research is dedicated to improving human well-being, especially among the most vulnerable, while safeguarding the planet.
