Hi there,

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our newest online course: the Certificate in Community-Based Conservation.

Around the world, Indigenous Peoples and local communities play a central role in protecting wildlife and restoring ecosystems. This course explores how conservationists can work with communities - ethically, effectively, and respectfully - to drive positive change for people and nature.

It’s your foundation in one of the most important and fast-growing areas of conservation.

We’ve designed the course to:

  • Explore the evolution of community-based approaches in conservation
  • Introduce the practical tools used to engage with communities
  • Showcase real-world case studies from around the globe
  • Equip you with the ethics, principles and awareness to do this work well
  • Highlight career paths within this exciting and rewarding space

It’s grounded in the latest thinking and best practice from leading organisations, including WWFBirdLife International, and the IUCN.

To celebrate the launch, we’re offering a 33% discount for early enrolments – until Friday, 28th November.
