We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity for conservation professionals – The Conservation Professional Development Programme (PDP).
This six-month coaching journey has been co-created with the UK Wildlife Trusts to support clarity, confidence and connection across the conservation sector. It is designed to improve staff wellbeing, retention and career progression – helping people to thrive in their roles.
Through a blend of self-paced career modules, personalised coaching, and a global peer community, participants gain the tools, support and inspiration to maximise their professional impact
