Annual Meeting & Cookout - THE DEETS!

Good afternoon!

We finally have the finer details for the upcoming Annual Cookout & Meeting! It will be hosted at The Climer Residence, so please make sure to thank George and Susan for opening their lovely home for us again! Below are the details for the event. Because this is at a residence, parking can be a little tricky. Just make sure you're not blocking any fire hydrants or driveways of neighbors in the area.

Date: 

• Saturday, August 15th

Times:

• 4:00pm – Potluck style cookout and hangout

• 6:30pm – Annual meeting

Location:

• 489 Woodside Lake Dr, Gahanna, OH 43230

Food & Drink:

• Band provides water. Drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) are otherwise BYO.

• Band provides meat and vegan options for entrees. Members bring other potluck dishes to share.

• SIGN UP HERE with what food you will be bringing (side dishes, desserts, etc. Please mark ingredients / possible allergens if possible)

What to Do?

• Spend time with your fellow members and vote on the new board!

• Bring any drinks you’d like

• Bring your own folding chairs, blanket

• Bring lawn games / activities!
