Regarding CDS percentage metrics in the CDS Section tabs and CDS Answer sheet tabs for CDS New Template

Hi Team,

Good afternoon!

 We downloaded the latest CDS New Template as of November 8^th, 2024.

 We noticed that some cells with percentage metrics are not formatted to percentage in the new CDS Template. Could you please let us know if we need to leave it as decimals in the cell or do we need to format it as percentage?

 Please find attached screenshots of CDS-B Graduation Rates and CDS-C High School Rank Metrics for your reference.

 We also noticed that most of the cells formatted to percentage are with 0 decimals. Could you please let us know if we can alter the percentage formatting to one decimal point?

 Please find attached screenshots of CDS-J and CDS-C ACT Math Range metrics for your reference.

 We noticed that none of the percentage answers are formatted to percentage in the CDS Answer sheet. Could you also please let us know if all the percentage answers need to be left as decimals in the CDS Answer sheet or do we need to manually format it to percentage?
