Min and max credit hours fulltime tuition

Hello,

I am interested in how colleges and universities charge tuition relative to credit hours for full-time students. Some have a per-credit cost structure and others have “banded” or “capped” tuition so students pay the same amount for 12 credit hours AND UP. This is captured in CDS-G2 which reads "G2 Number of credits per term a student can take for the stated full-time tuition; minimum ___  maximum ___"

Do you have the results for all US institutions for a recent year available anywhere?

I checked and the NCES IPEDS doesn’t have this info.

Any help would be very useful, thanks in advance.
