Hello,
Is there any update on when the PDF version of the form will be posted? In early October it was posted that it would be coming out shortly after the Excel spreadsheets, but it hasn't appeared yet. I find the spreadsheets more cumbersome to use, especially when I want to print them out for easier reference.
