U.S. News form-fillable PDF

I just received the email stating that U.S. News is only accepting the CDS in the form-fillable PDF format. This version was not available when we started working on the CDS so we went with the new Excel version instead, thinking the Answer Sheet option looked promising for survey partners to easily import CDS data. 

Does anyone know of a way I can now import that Answer Sheet data into the blank fillable PDF instead (or another work-around that does not involve re-entering everything all over again)?

Same here. 

I am going to guess that many of us are going to be in the same situation. Our office doesn't have student employees that could help with re-entering all the answers into the form, so this would be a time consuming effort for our IR team of two.

Any creative ideas welcome!
