Hello CAN Community,
My name is Farya Haider and I am a school psychology doctoral candidate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am seeking participants for my dissertation study examining experiences with self-determination, mental health, quality of life, and autism social identity in college students with autism spectrum disorder. Participation will involve completing a survey of your experiences that will require about 10 to 15 minutes of your time. Participants have the option of entering a raffle at the end of the survey to win one of eight $25 Amazon e-gift cards for their time. I am currently seeking participants who meet the following eligibility criteria:
• 19 years of age or older in the United States
• Have received a self-reported formal diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or university in a degree-seeking program on a part-time or full-time basis.
The goal in completing this study is to help universities gain new insights on how to foster and support the needs of students with ASD as they navigate college, and work towards a goal of improving students' quality of life and well-being. If you are interested and eligible to complete this study, you can access the survey via the following link:

If you have any questions, you can contact the primary investigator, Farya Haider, at
fhai...@huskers.unl.edu. Please also share study information with other eligible participants. Please do not refer information about potential participants to the researcher; rather, allow them to participate or contact the researcher by themselves if interested.
Thank you!
