Please consider sharing the following opportunity for students!

Taking student feedback into account, we believe there is strong interest among young adults in a new program focused on neurodiversity advocacy and leadership in college and career pathways. SNP-BRIDGE, revised to stand for "Bridging Resilience, Inclusive Dialogue, Growth in advocacy, & Empowered leadership,” centers on cultivating leadership growth and strengthening advocacy skills tailored to college and future professional settings.

SNP-BRIDGE is a two-week summer program specifically for college-bound and early college students to engage in neurodiversity advocacy. Students will develop hands-on neurodiversity advocacy projects that will not only enhance their own college experience, but also build leadership and community that can contribute to the broader efforts of the neurodiversity movement.

Students will join via Zoom or in person on Stanford's campus from around the US. The remote setting allows students to listen carefully to educators, make use of closed captioning, and use preference of voice or the chat function to communicate, which fosters full engagement in group discussions. Leading lecturers, researchers, and clinicians from Stanford and around the country will present on different aspects of neurodiversity and allyship. Small group projects allow students to connect in a deeper, more active way. Both remote and in-person formats allow students to make new friends, expand their worldview, and continue the conversation beyond the program.

A student may be a good fit for SNP-BRIDGE if they are currently a:

  • High school senior expecting to graduate in Spring 2026

  • Gap year student expecting to start college in Fall 2026

  • First year in college

  • Second year in college

Both Remote and In-Person Student Experience Available (June 15 to 26, 2026). Please see the website for more details about SNP-BRIDGE, including how to apply, here.

You can reach out to us with questions at snp-...@stanford.edu. We give acceptances out on a rolling basis and encourage early applications.

Please consider sharing this invitation email with any students in your network.

Sincerely,

SNP-BRIDGE 2026 Organizing Committee

Hi all,
I wanted to share a resource that may be helpful for students in your program who are navigating the transition into employment.
We recently completed beta testing of Neurohub Learning, a structured digital platform designed to support neurodivergent learners in building career momentum without burnout. Across beta participants (n=37 autistic young adults):
  • 57% reported increased confidence in making progress toward career goals
  • 51% identified concrete next steps
  • 49% improved understanding of accommodations, benefits, or support systems
  • 91% of structured lesson feedback (n=87) rated content as helpful
We also piloted an enhanced-support Interviewing Bootcamp, where participants demonstrated an average 24% increase in overall career confidence over eight weeks, with the strongest gains in executive function strategy use and self-advocacy.
Building on that data, we’re launching an 8-Week Job Search Strategy Bootcamp (March 30 – May 22, 2026) designed for all job seekers — whether new to the workforce or experienced but stuck. The structure focuses on clarity, sustainable action, and practical follow-through rather than volume-based application strategies.
Participants receive:
  • Weekly live expert guidance (HR professionals, recruiters, occupational therapists, job coaches)
  • A structured job search roadmap and tracker
  • Executive function workarounds to support follow-through
  • Built-in accountability and peer support
  • Full access to Neurohub’s broader learning library
In addition to job search strategy and interviewing, we are building additional bootcamps on topics relevant to college students, including professional networking, executive function systems for daily routines, and other transition-to-work supports. Content contributors include psychologists, job coaches, benefits counselors, AI safety experts, and other interdisciplinary professionals.
I’ve attached a pdf for distribution with enrollment details and a discount code. If you feel it may be helpful, I’d appreciate you passing it along to students who might benefit.
I’m also happy to schedule a short call if you’d like to explore whether this could complement your existing career or transition programming.
Warmly,
Liz
