Hi ErgoAI team,

I hope you can help me with this error:

> Attempt to call an undefined Prolog predicate _$_$ergo'silent_equal/2 in module `usermod'

which happens on the user's Windows machine.

To reproduce it, I just start the ErgoAI and run a test script:

ErgoAI Reasoner 3.0 (Philo) of 2023-05-01 (windows x64; rev: d934cd9)
For basic commands: type \help. then <Enter>
Current folder: ...
ergo> load('c:\...\test.ergo').
++ Error[Ergo]> Attempt to call an undefined Prolog predicate _$_$ergo'silent_equal/2 in module `usermod'

This seems to be machine-specific, the same script works well on another machine.

Could it be due to a permissions or data corruption? How it can be investigated?

Kind Regards,
Alex

are you saying that it starts on one windows machine but not the other?

Then yes, you must have chosen an installation folder to which you do not have full access when you run ErgoAI.
