Thank you to the members of the working group who joined the 23rd call of the CODI MVD Working Group on 20 May 2026. 
The meeting minutes are attached and/or can be viewed here, including AI-generated notes, transcript and the recording. 

Next Steps and Action Items

  • [Clarian Makungu] Transfer ownership of the GitHub repository from the current account to a CODI account.

  • [Deborah B] Finalize the backend and interface for the gap analysis application by the end of the week.

  • [William JordanCooley] Perform a comprehensive editorial pass on the final report, including addressing substantive issues and consolidating sections.

  • [Nathalie Vergnolle] Restrict Document Access: Set the report document to view only access to prevent further comments during the editorial process. (DONE)

  • [Stanley Wamangu] Design Cover Page: Design the cover page for the final report.

  • [Trang Nguyen] Write Acknowledgements: Draft the acknowledgement section of the final report.

  • [Grant McNulty] Develop Capability Examples: Develop real world examples of AI capability tiers to include in the report.
