Hello,

This is a friendly reminder to review the draft Work Plan ahead of tomorrow's group call. Please add comments and suggestions directly into the document. 

All inputs welcome: Do the tasks make sense? Are those the right tasks? What's missing? Should they be broken down differently? Are there elements that could/should be worked in parallel? Are there tasks that could be assigned to a subgroup or to an individual? Are there areas you'd like to contribute to in particular? How long will it take to execute each task? etc.
