Dear all,

Thank you to the members of the working group who were able to join the 8th call of the CODI MVD Working Group on 14 Jan 2026. 

The minutes of the meeting are attached and/or can be viewed here, including AI-generated notes, transcript, chat and recording. 

Next Steps and Action Items

• Amin will update the Stakeholders Engagement Plan to include all tiers of AI readiness and reflect how these changes might impact the stakeholder categories.
  

• Jenny will expand research of existing ethical frameworks to cover AI aspects.

• Grant will revisit the definitions of language and community based on group discussions.

• Deborah will set up a side meeting next week for discussing the tiers of AI readiness.

• Assignment of tasks for February will be discussed in the next group meeting.

• Next group meeting: January 21st (time to be confirmed based on agenda & availability of presenters)

• All participants to review drafts in the MVD Centralized Working document)

• All members to review the Work Plan and consider which tasks they would like to volunteer for in February
