MVD Final Report v3 for WG Review by May 06

Dear all,

As discussed on the call today, I have created a "clean" new version of the MVD final report: v3,  which you can access here. 

I have granted you access as commenters, so you will all be directly in "Suggestion mode". Feel free to redline the document and add comments.

We strongly encourage all members to do a full read-through of the report before our next call of 06 May.

Friendly reminder for all working group members to review the draft final report by Wednesday 06 May. 

What you need to do:

1/ access the document here :  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XlGN_j7ln5FM2y5yjXk6ZtEz3f6yAtfbLJQn2EGthbc/edit?usp=sharing  

2/ review the report: is the content accurate? comprehensive? is anything missing? 

3/ redline the document and/or add comments as you see fit

4/ update the Document Review table on page 2 to indicate your review status (under review / approved with edits / approved).

5/ for reviewers who have been assigned specific sections: do a more thorough review of those particular sections, and update your review status in the corresponding section

Hi team,

I reviewed and fixed a handful of factual, cross-reference, and typo items. Looks great overall!

I want to acknolwedge that Section 7 "Resource Mobilization Options" from the working doc was sitting on me undrafted. Happy to draft it for v4 if it's still in scope. However, I see Grant's Section 8 also dropped and scope tightened across the board so it may be cleaner to leave it out of the final report. Just let me know if I should still work on that.

A few weeks ago, the group decided to hold off work on any initial tasks from the work plan that hadn't been developed yet, and to re-evaluate what, if anything, needs further work once the final report is drafted. 

Based on today's discussions, perhaps we could add this topic to the list of suggested next steps? If you agree, could you write down some guiding notes on it, so we can include them when creating this new section?
