landscape scan

Dear all,

Task 4.1 - quick landscape scan is orphaned... any takers to take on this ask? (Our intial volunteer has let us know he'd rather not work on this topic any more. )

Per the work plan, the task aims to review policies, programs, comparable models incl. Indigenous data governance, current linguistic research etc. and come up with an annotated bibliography + gap summary.

Let me know if anyone would like to volunteer to take this on.
