Dear all,

Thank you to the members of the working group who joined the 21st call of the CODI MVD Working Group on 29 April 2026. 

The meeting minutes are attached and/or can be viewed here, including AI-generated notes, transcript and the recording. 

Next Steps and Action Items

• Nathalie will update the AI readiness pathway visual with feedback received.

• Nathalie will create and distribute a new, clean document for the WG review.

• Nathalie will organize a poll to select the cover page

• Nathalie will indicate which existing graphics in the report were generated manually and which were created using AI

• The group will do a full read-through of the final report by next Wednesday, May 06 and indicate the status of their review in the document (on page 2)

• Assigned members (see assignments in meeting mintes) will review their sections and indicate the status of their review in the tables at the start of each section.
