CODI MVD WG Meeting#6 minutes

Thank you to the members of the working group who were able to join the 6th call of the CODI MVD Working Group on 17 Dec 25. 

The minutes of the meeting are attached and/or can be viewed here, including AI-generated notes, transcript, chat and recording. 

Action Items

1. All participants: Review the revised work plan for missing/redundant items and provide feedback
2. Volunteers: Begin work on assigned activities
3. Nathalie: Initiate centralized document for group collaboration and send to group (DONE: here is the link to the shared MVD Centralized Working document) 
4. Nathalie: Share participant email addresses for direct collaboration
5. Nathalie: Add numbering to tasks and activities in the Work Plan. 
6. Nathalie: Move the definition of tiers and associated thresholds to the first stage as a foundational group task
7. Nathalie: Prepare a visual representation of the work plan
