• [Deborah B] Update Section 5: Add text stating the framework is the first step towards a practical roadmap that still requires development.

• [Trang Nguyen] Update Foreword: Explain the initiation of the project by CODI and eliminate redundant text in the introduction.

• [Romeena Kureishy] Simplify Language: Rewrite the technical paragraph marked in yellow in section 4 to be more accessible..

• [Nathalie] Fix Formatting: Update the figure in section 3 to use a lowercase i for the tier 1 label.

• [The group] Review Appendices: Examine the provided appendix documents and submit any necessary comments.

• [The group] Review Report: Conduct a final evaluation of the full report before the next meeting.
